Licensor observed swifter mop and broom in main licensed space as it was not inaccesible to children put away. Licensor under kitchen cabinet having a broken safety latch containing cleaning supplies. Licensor observed paint can near inside entrance pathway to childcare area and other type solevent in front of home by garage.
